Do you ship internationally? A.
Yes. We ship internationally with payments made by PayPal as long
as your shipping/billing address can be confirmed. Just make sure
when you place your order that the address you use is the exact same address
as the billing address for the credit card being used for payment.
International orders can also be paid by Western Union Money Transfer,
International Money Order or Cashiers Check. International shipping
rates apply and are higher than domestic (United States) rates. International
shipping cost on average runs between $18.00 - $59.00 USD, but your cost will entirely depend on destination and parcel weight and your order shipping cost may vary. Please read the information on the

Do you ship to APO's or FPO's? A.
Yes. As long as your PayPal account's Confirmed Address is your APO
or FPO address. If your PayPal account does not have a confirmed
status on your APO or FPO address you can always confirm this address by
logging into your PayPal account and doing so.

Do you accept payments by Business Check or Personal Check? A.
No. Due to previous problems with these methods of payments we have
decided to eliminate them from acceptable means of payment to avoid future
problems. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card your payment
can be made via Money Order or Cashiers check, simply print out our Mail
In Order Form, fill it out and mail in your order.

Where's my order? A.
Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of order placement.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an shipping confirmation from
PayPal, United States Postal Service or FedEx along with the tracking information.
As soon as your order ships you are sent an email with the tracking information
for your convenience of tracking your order progress as it makes its way
to you. Don't delete this email until you receive your order.
We do not re-issue tracking email confirmations if you loose or delete
yours. Please check your tracking information using the link provided
in your email shipping confirmation to check the status of your order before
you call us asking where it is. Once your order leaves our facility
it is completely out of our hands and we have no control of the shipment.
If you feel that your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, such
as 14 days or more, it is best to call the shipping courier indicated in
your shipping confirmation email and provide them with the tracking number
and let them trace the package, we do not have the capability to do so.

Can I return or exchange an item? A.
No. All sales are final, we are closing out all merchandise in preperation for our business closure.

Do you have a printed catalog? A.
No, all items offered for sale are listed on the web site.

Do you offer expedited shipping? A.
No, all domestic orders ship by United States Postal Services Priority
Mail with a 1-3 day delivery time on average (some remote destinations,
holidays and weather conditions may cause longer than normal shipping times,
we have not control over these factors). All international orders
ship through the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail International
with an approximate 5-10 day delivery time or Express Mail International
with an approximate 5 day delivery time. Delivery times do not take
into account any delays that might occur during clearance through customs
or delays with delivery services, holidays or weather conditions, they
are mainly estimates based upon normal or average experiences.

I'm looking for something like "............", do you have it? A.
All items available for purchase are listed on the web site. Use
the "Gear Search"
feature located towards the top left of the home page or any of the item
category pages to assist in finding an item of desire. We do not
have uniforms, gear or anything else laying around that can be purchased
but is not listed. We add all new merchandise to the web site as
soon as we acquire it and update inventory count daily to represent current
availability.

Do you sell to other merchants at resale or wholesale pricing? A.
No. We are strictly a retail based online store.

Do you have a retail showroom/store where I can purchase and/or browse
through merchandise? A.
No. We are strictly an internet/mail order e-commerce store.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes? A.
No, we do not offer coupon codes at this time, but on occasion for some
large orders we may make certain concessions and offer a discount.
This is at the sole discretion of Military Gear HQ based upon the particular
merchandise being purchased, and one must present us with such a discount
request PRIOR TO PURCHASE and we will make the necessary araingments for
discounted order to be processed if the order so qualifies. Once
an order has been placed and you did not request a discount for your large
order there is no option for disount or refund of a portion of the order
total to constitute a discount.
