# 402 - Broken Sliding Door, Pine Grove, California, 1991
| During a day trip to the Sierra Nevada along highway 88 near Pine Grove California I spotted some old structures in a state of disrepair. A brief time before I took this photograph I had just seen a video production with some Robert Frost poetry. The video contained detailed black and white close-ups of door knobs, windows and other items in a old run down structure. These images were still on my mind when I encountered these buildings and influenced the final result. |
