| In the shadow of half dome in eastern Yosemite valley I came across many maple leaves in their bright yellow autumn color. I envisioned a singular leaf laying across a slab of granite with moss and lichen. I found a nice leaf and laid it on a desirable granite boulder and photographed them. |
